Thank you for shopping with us. Below are the terms that apply to any products you purchase from our store.

Cancellation Policy

Orders are confirmed for printing 3 hours after being placed to ensure the fastest fulfillment. You can cancel or change your order only within 3 hours of placing it. After this time, the order will be processed and cannot be canceled or changed.

Return & Refund Policy

Our goal is to keep our customers happy — not to keep the products. If there’s an issue, we’ll either remake the item or issue a refund — no need to send the item back. You can keep the original at your discretion.

Eligibility:

Defects, damage, wrong item, or printing quality issues. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. If it’s past this period, we may not be able to assist you. Make sure to open and check your order immediately upon delivery.

How to Make a Claim

Step 1: Take a photo of the product: We require clear photos as proof to process your claim quickly. Claims without photos cannot be reviewed.

Step 2: Send it to us: Email: support@inkybox.co or fill in our support form. Clearly state if you prefer a remake or a refund.

Step 3: Wait for our reply: Our support team will get back to you within 24–48 hours.
