SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At Inkybox, most of our products are personalized and made to order. Each item is created especially for you after your order is placed, allowing us to make every gift more meaningful and carefully prepared.

Because our products are made individually, each order goes through a production process before it is handed over to the shipping carrier.

Production Time

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday (PT), excluding weekends and U.S. postal holidays such as New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Production time may vary depending on the product type, personalization details, order volume, and seasonal demand.

If your order requires changes after it has been placed, the production time may be extended. Orders can be cancelled or modified within 3 hours after they are placed. After this window, your order may already be in production and changes may no longer be possible.


Shipping Methods

We use Standard Shipping for most Inkybox orders.

Expedited Shipping may also be available for some U.S. domestic orders, depending on the product and shipping address.

If Expedited Shipping is available for your order, the option and final shipping fee will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Note: Expedited Shipping availability depends on the product and shipping address. This option cannot be shipped to a PO Box.


Estimated Delivery Time

The estimated delivery timeframe shown on our website may include both production time and shipping/transit time, depending on the product and shipping method selected.

Production time begins after your order is placed and payment is successfully accepted. 

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Final delivery time may vary based on your destination, carrier service, customs clearance, local delivery conditions, and unexpected delays outside of our control.


Worldwide Shipping

Inkybox ships worldwide. Final delivery time may vary depending on your country, local carrier service, customs clearance, remote location handling, and seasonal order volume.

Deliveries to certain locations, such as Puerto Rico, Guam, Hawaii, military addresses, or destinations outside the US, may take longer than usual due to carrier handling, customs clearance, remote location handling, or local delivery conditions.


Possible Delivery Delays

Most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe. However, delivery may occasionally take longer due to factors outside of our control, including:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  • Missing apartment, unit, building, floor, or suite number
  • Customs clearance for international orders
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Carrier delays or limited local delivery service
  • High order volume during peak seasons or holidays
  • Local delivery restrictions or unexpected transit issues

During busy shopping seasons or special occasions such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Independence Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, production or delivery times may take a few extra days.


Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, customs clearance may add extra time to the delivery process. Customs procedures are handled by local authorities, so Inkybox is unable to control or speed up this process.

Import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other additional charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. These charges may be collected by your local customs office or delivery carrier and are the customer’s responsibility.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow some time for the carrier to scan and update your package in their system. In some cases, tracking information may take 24–72 hours to appear after the package has been shipped.

For international orders, your package may be handed over to a local carrier once it arrives in the destination country. Tracking updates may then come from the local postal service or regional delivery partner.

Some orders may be shipped in separate packages, especially if they include multiple items or different product types. In that case, you may receive more than one tracking number.


Address Information

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Incorrect or missing information may cause delivery delays, failed delivery, or lost packages.

If we notice missing or unclear address information, we may contact you for confirmation. This may delay the production or shipment of your order.

Inkybox is not responsible if an order is delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you contact the carrier to redirect, forward, hold, or change the delivery address after your package has left our facility, Inkybox is not responsible if the parcel is lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during that process.


Delivered But Not Received

If your tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check your mailbox, front desk, building reception, parcel locker, neighbors, or any safe delivery areas around your address.

Shipping charges are estimated based on your delivery address, product type, shipping method, and the number of items in your order. The available shipping methods and shipping fees will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS, EMS, and local postal services to deliver your orders safely. The carrier used for your order may vary depending on your destination country, product type, and selected shipping method.
