Need to cancel or change your order? Please contact us as soon as possible at support@inkybox.co.

Most Inkybox products are personalized and made to order, so production may begin shortly after your order is placed.

3-Hour Cancellation & Modification Window

Within 3 Hours

You may request to cancel or modify your order within 3 hours after it is placed.

After 3 Hours

Your order may already be in production, and cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.

Important: Your order is not cancelled or modified until you receive confirmation from our support team.


What Can Be Modified

If your request is submitted within the 3-hour window, we may be able to help update:

  • Personalization details, such as names, spelling, dates, text, or photos
  • Product options, such as size, color, style, variant, or quantity
  • Shipping address or contact information

Once your order has entered production, been packed, shipped, or handed over to the carrier, changes can no longer be made.


How to Request a Cancellation or Modification

To request a cancellation or modification, please submit your request through this form as soon as possible.

Requests must be submitted within 3 hours after the order is placed. Your order is not cancelled or modified until you receive confirmation from our support team.

Before submitting your request, please prepare:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used to place the order
  • Whether you want to cancel the order or modify specific details
  • The exact information you want us to update

If Your Cancellation Is Approved

If your cancellation request is approved, we will cancel the order and issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider or bank. In most cases, refunds may take several business days to appear on your statement.

Inkybox is not responsible for customer-submitted errors if the order has already entered production.
